I am not really checking for grammatical errors or spelling mistakes. So you will just have to deal with them. Also, deal with various thigns like font changes and layout changes while I get the hang of blogger.
Liz is trying to get real in life. She is continually learning how to get healthier through exercise and a real food lifestyle. However, she is a real person with demands from work, life and dog, maintaining real can be a challenge.
